Before you hand over a gate code

Questions, answered plainly.

Do you require a long-term contract?

No. Service is month-to-month. Cancel any time with two weeks' notice — we just ask for time to bridge you to the next service.

How does pricing work?

Every pool is different — size, type, equipment, and condition all change the math. We do a free site visit, look at your pool, and give you a flat monthly rate in writing. No phone-guesses, no surprise add-ons, no long-term contracts.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We're CPO-certified (Certified Pool Operator), licensed, insured, and operate as The Blue Pools LLC. Proof on request.

What's the difference between weekly service and repair?

Weekly is the ongoing chemistry and cleaning route — same tech, same day each week. Repair is one-time work: pump rebuilds, heater diagnostics, leak detection, plumbing. Weekly clients get priority on repair scheduling and a loyalty discount on parts.

How fast can a green pool be cleared up?

Most pools are swimmable within three to seven days of starting recovery. Severity matters — a light green clears faster than a black-green pool that's been sitting for months. We'll give you an honest assessment on day one.

Do I need to be home for service?

No. We hold keys, gate codes, or fobs for most clients. Every visit is logged, so you can see what was done without being there.

What if I'm outside your six cities?

Ask anyway. We keep the route tight on purpose — short drives mean faster response — but if you're close to a route we may have room. If we can't help, we'll tell you who in town can.
